The Haven

A Grounded Space for Deep Connection to Yourself and Other Executive Women

When was the last time you truly felt connected to yourself during the holidays?

You pour into everything and everyone. Your work, family, friends, community, and now we are entering the holiday season that demands even more.

The world feels increasingly heavy, your to do list is long, and you are running on fumes.

You keep showing up, but underneath the doing, you’re craving space to just be.
To breathe.
To reconnect with the parts of you that get lost in all the giving.

You can already sense the tension that lies ahead. You may find yourself:

  • Feeling lonely whether alone or surrounded by people.

  • Disconnected from the needs of your heart and body.

  • Craving rest but unsure how to give yourself permission.

  • Holding the duality of both dreading parts of the holidays and looking forward to it.

  • Longing for safe connection where you don’t have to be “on,” where your feelings can exist without judgment or fixing.

If any of this hits, you’re in the right place. There’s space for you to come back to yourself.

The Heart of The Haven

The Haven is a space that holds both the shadow and the light, where executive women can process the hard and savor the good.

We are hungry for honesty, curiosity, and growth so we can show up as our most authentic selves.

Together, we hold both the heaviness and the beauty of the season and of life.
The loneliness and the laughter.
The endings and the beginnings.

Here, your joy and sorrow matters.

The Haven is where you find your way back to YOU in a safe, grounded space.

Your Guide for The Haven

Sara Kidwell is a holistic executive coach who helps women reconnect with themselves and create lives rooted in authenticity and ease.

Before founding SoloTogether, Sara spent 25 years in corporate, leading multimillion-dollar teams, serving on boards, and driving major growth initiatives. But it wasn’t until she began doing her own deep group work, heart-focused and emotionally honest, that everything changed.

For two years, she sat in circles much like The Haven, learning to feel her feelings fully for the first time. That experience was life-changing. It opened her to self-love, clarity, and a reinvention that transformed every part of her life.

Now, Sara brings that same depth of presence, compassion, and structure to the women she serves. She knows what it means to hold space for both shadow and light, for grief and gratitude, and she guides women to do the same for themselves.

Her approach blends strategic insight with grounded emotional work, helping high-capacity women reconnect to who they are, what they need, and what they are here to create.
